JJ is regarded as one of the top technologists in the industry. JJ is the mastermind behind all of the Z-IMPACT technology created over the past 15-years, i-Sys Cloud and SysTMS, forging patents and trade secrets under Z-IMPACT that are revolutionary and ushering in the next generation of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions in the marketplace. JJ is a past board advisor of a Fortune 10 company. Previously headed up the IT architecture at one of the world’s largest investment banks in North America, JJ created the First Application Patterns on Wall Street, creating an Architectural Reference Guide for Migrations, a $4+ Billion project. JJ also assisted SM Agility (reducing support cost by 85%) in their first ever enterprise deployment, a 5-year effort in all. CSC acquired SM Agility to enter the hyperconverged software space providing Agile XaaS, currently in use today at AWS (Amazon).
John is a highly experienced leader that has worked in business development, executive management, sales and marketing. Recently, WSO2s VP & GM of Channels and OEM Sales, and the former Global Director of Dell’s Business Critical Business Solutions. John’s experience in the ‘art of start-up’ with Quest Software in sales, product evaluation and go-to-market strategies reporting to the CEO for the business direction and product selection of many acquired companies. John’s company Zodiac Business Development, Inc. has created tremendous value in Z-IMPACT from his prior work experience with datacenter, capacity planning and PSO experience with HP, an early CIO at Western Digital that shaped the foundation of a rising company, as the Managing Partner of eFootPrint Inc. a renewable energy solution and Managing Partner at eMailGPS Security Fraud Detection. This experience and his investment of $6M is of material assistance and critical to launching the Z-IMPACT iStormCloud ecosystem to maximize market position and revenue.
Eric is an established marketing leader having led go-to-market initiatives in both B2B hardware and software companies. Eric was instrumental in building the brand value and position of the Dell Software business unit following the successful acquisition by Dell of Quest Software. Prior to Dell, Eric successfully implemented a branded house architecture at Quest Software that put in place a consistent go-to-market approach for the numerous products in the portfolio. Prior to Quest, Eric worked at Brocade, where he drove sales and marketing integration; QLogic, where he was responsible for all branding and marketing communications functions; and Cisco, where he developed and implemented innovative revenue-oriented marketing strategies aligned with sales to positively impact topline growth and create tangible value from marketing investments.
